Kabbalistic Toning is a form of Sound Healing. The vibrations from the sounds and the harmonics that are intoned bring transformations in health and consciousness, releasing blockages, clearing energy fields, and raising the vibrational frequency at which people function. We work on healing blockages and blemishes “p’gamim” that can be present within any of the sephirot or paths, in the blueprint (Adam Kadmon, or primordial human), or in any of the four worlds: The worlds of emanation, creation, formation and action. According to the Sefer Yetzira, the tree of life consists of 10 Sefirot “of nothingness” and 22 paths that connect them. The 22 paths relate to the 22 letters of Hebrew aleph bet, through which the world was created. The 10 sefirot have vowel sounds that correspond to them.

Each letter has a specific placement along one of the 22 paths connecting between the sephirot. By toning the sounds of the letters, in combination with the vowel sounds, blockages clear, energy increases, and high frequency vibrations transform ones state of health and consciousness. In addition to working with the 32 paths of wisdom, Rivka Sarah connects with the Ayn Sof (The Infinite) and intuitively channels energy through her hands, thoughts, heart and voice as she chants various prayers with Kabbalistic kavanot (intentions.) |

Tuning Forks The utilization of tuning forks as a form of sound therapy can help people release energy blocks within their mental, emotional, physical, psychological an spiritual energy systems. THis can assist people in accessing their own inner power to create balance, healing and higher states of consciousness. Rivka uses both the ancient Solfeggio Frequencies, which facilitate a sense of balance and harmony and reconnect you with your inner energy potential, as well as tuning forks based on the western scale. A session can consist of the use of tuning forks alone, or they can be combined with other forms of healing with sound including toning, intuitive singing and chanting, energy work including Reiki, Kabbalistic Healing, Quantum Touch, Polarity Therapy, IET, EFT, Energy Medicine or forms of bodywork such as massage and cranial sacral work during a session. |
